In 2019, Variety reported again on the pedigree of 8014 Briar Summit Drive. The home sold to a “married pair of high-powered talent agents.” The couple won in a bidding war against many of Hollywood’s elites including none other than Danny DiVetto. The bidding war was so intense that the couple only had a few days to close escrow and no credits were given.
